Back in the 70's always stopped in at the Honda dealerships and dreamed of owning CB 750, the classic looks and the performance of the four cylinder Honda's back in the 70's was iconic. Owning CB750 today is great riding experience, opening the throttle and listening to the four-into-one performance exhaust note and slipping up and down the gear lever, pulling away from stop light is exhilarating. The classic 70's can not be experienced in late model motorcycles, even thought manufactures try to duplicate the classic looks and sounds of the past. 
I discovered an excellent example of the CB750 in stock condition that had been refurbished with an excellent running engine and speed transmission. Problem was, personally have to improve on stock. set out to make some slight modifications for performance, handling and appearance without modifying the frame or harming the original parts.
I lowered the foam on the stock seat pan to 1" thick and recovered the foam with the original vinyl, thereby reducing the seat height and sitting lower on the frame. installed Café Racer Clubman low bars to further lower the riding position, installed new 2" lower rear shocks, modified an extra rear fender had and added smaller taillight and license plate bracket. Small but effective modifications to make the Honda CB750 stand out in crowd and enhance the riding experience. This is CB750 that is pleasure to ride around town and take off into the canyons to the local motorcycle watering hole. Experience thumbs up at every stop light and fuel stop. 
This CB750 has been great experience and still love to ride it all the time. However, am on to other projects, it seems always need to be building something.  
No modifications have been done to the frame so stock parts can be installed back on to the bike if desired.
