Classic 1978 Harley-Davidson FXS Low Rider up for sale!
Numbers matching 1200 cases and spd transmission.
Nada value range (very good excellent) is $9250 $14010 but am asking much less for this RARE Harley-Davidson.
I changed the design of the rear fender to the Softail model and added Wide Glide trees but retained the stock narrow tubes when painted/put the bike together to change the look.
Here is some of the work that completed;
Cobalt blue paint from House of colors. Original color is Grey.
The top end was rebuilt with high compression pistons, bored .010 over, the heads were ported and new valve train installed, solid lifter Andrews high performance camshaft, S&S carb, high flow/pressure oil pump, all new braided oil lines and cooler, high performance electronic ignition and coil. California Exotic 2" exhaust with Sampson baffles. Its loud like Shovel should be!
A new Barnett clutch assembly, new cable and hand control, new drive chain and both sprockets were installed too with stock teeth configuration. 
New lace wire wheels with new tires. Original "star" mags go with the bike.
Chrome swing arm.
New chrome wide glide trees.
Chrome front calipers (factory duel discs) and chrome rear caliper. New pads/rotors and hoses.
All handlebar controls are new and chromed.
Forward controls.
A lot of new switches, both lights, tachometer and wiring. Original tach goes with bike.
Corbin seat
New rear shocks, front inner tube springs/seals.
New battery just installed.
There are also lot of parts (new/original taken off items) that go with bike.
