Some peeps wanted to see video and just uploaded video and the link is at the bottom of this page.The history of this motorcycle goes like this In 1979 the Saudi Arabians purchased fleet of these motorcycles for escort purposes. The Saudi's never really like the bikes and let them sit in the desert. In 1982 Royal Air Force pilot (UK) purchased the fleet and shipped them to the UK where he sold them off individually. This one was purchased and have been told by the guy bought it from that it was in the first Superman movie as prop bike. This bike was stored from 1982 to 1992 when purchased it.I stripped off all of the original police gear and went camping in Europe for three months. This bike has been all over the UK and has been in 14 European countries. Eventually returned to the USA and shipped the bike back to the USA bringing it in as "Goods returning to the country of origin."Now many years and miles later can hear this bike talking to me begging for "Somebody who loves to travel with beautiful partner and can ride me hard and put me to bed wet on daily basis."Now residing in Miami Shores, FL the bike is still in "very good" condition but does need some TLC to bring it back to it's original splendor. Starts cold usually on the third or fourth kick. It has never been dropped and goes in perfect straight line at 60 MPH and no hands! have it geared for top end and it is very comfortable classic ride.This is very unique 1979 Electra Glide FLH Police Special. true collectible and special motorcycle with an incredible history that is looking to continue it's journeys.
