This bike has been heavily updated mechanically. All of the updates were done to make the best riding FLT Shovelhead out there. With all the changes we did our best to keep it stock appearing. Truly a classic that you can ride every day.

Engine, Ignition, Fuel system -
-Full rebuild with less than 2,000 miles.
-Crankshaft rebuilt and balanced by Darkhorse crank works with S&S rods and Jims pins
-Wiseco 9.5-1 forged pistons
-Vision Grinding billet aluminum cylinders with AN-4 stainless external oil drains.
-S&S heads, dual plugs with compression releases. 
-S&S billet oil pump
-Jims Evo style lifter blocks

-V-thunder EVL5005 camshaft
-Daytona Twin Tec Model 1005 single fire ignition
-CV carb from twin cam with two bolt flange conversion

Transmission/Primary-
-Baker Shift pawl

-Barnett Scorpion clutch with new plates 
-All primary and transmission covers are chrome

Exhaust-
-Custom built stainless 2-1. ¾" primary tubes to ½" through baffle and 4" body muffler.
-18mm O2 sensor bung with AEM Air-Fuel gauge in the fairing.

Suspension, brakes, chassis-
-Front forks from 2001 FLHR, using the original front wheel and fender.
-2000-2007 style dual disc calipers
-Brembo floating rotors on the front
-2008 touring model front brake line
-1993-2001 style rear engine mounts and passenger floorboards. (allows use of drivetrain alignment tool)
-New front engine mount
-New engine stabilizer links
-Late model air Showa air shocks on the rear
-Still has factory enclosed rear chain case that works well.
-Dunlop D402 tires front and rear
