This build was just completed and road tested.  This started out as 91 HD FXSTS, everything has been redone to make it vintage looking bobber.  Have lot of custom fabrication done to it.  Motor is stock HD with speed transmission.  As you can see, looks nothing like the original bike. It has clear HD title.  Some major work done and features include Super S&S carb replacement of the original CV carb, new Compu-fire ignition (the best in the market which never had any issues on all my bikes), chain drive, hard copper oil lines, vintage Avon speedster tires, chopped HD springer front end (2" shorter than stock), Goodson Air Cleaner, and custom Hollywood bars with old school dog bone brass risers, heavy gauge rear fender from Lowbrow, 2" Ultima open belt drive, forward controls, PM piston brakes in front and rear, and many other modifications.  The exhaust in the picture was during mockup but has been ceramic coated black.  Several pics show bike with drag pipes which was originally used but decided to go with old knuckle fishtail into 1.
