Putting an 1100 engine into 750 platform is pretty popular mod with the oil cooled gsxr crowd. For more info on this setup you can google GSXR 7/11. -Clean and tight (noleaks at all) gsxr1100 motor (removed from bike with 14,300 miles on theclocks) was put into the lighter more agile gsxr-750 frame. Valve clearancechecked and was well within spec. (Both donor bikes were 1992) Engine startsright up even when freezing outside.-Frame wasmodified by professional welder to accept custom sub-frame, as well asrelocated the battery.-A customtail-piece that is constructed out of all metal (no plastic or fiberglass) wasinstalled on custom made rear sub frame.  A Hand made upholstered seatpad with motorcycle specific foam was made for the seat. was debating on this or just using some seat foam from racebike that has the sticky back, would work well and be little more low profile if your not going to be on long rides. -The tankwas taken down to bare steel along with the tail piece and there were no dentsin tank, so there are no globs of bondo hiding anywhere. -Anawesome one off Silver metallic and black paint job was laid down, and this was covered in coats of high gloss clear, then buffed, polished, and waxed.-A nice set of Titanium headers from modern GSXR1000 was mated to an awesomesounding Carbon Fiber Yoshimura can, and then modified to fit the 1100 motor andframe. The headers were then wrapped in Black header wrap. Again way lighterthan factory setup.-The Frontand rear wheels were removed and Powdercoated very nice looking Gloss Black, with nice set of Michelin Pilot powers installed as well as 40$ set ofblack aluminum valve stems.-The niceset of inverted forks were fully disassembled and cleaned, And took the uppertubes in and had them anodized black. The forks were than rebuilt and re assembled withfresh fork oil and seals.-The rearshock is from low mileage modern GSXR 1000 and the frame was modified to fitthe upper shock mount. -The Frontand rear brake calipers were all rebuilt with new synthetic brake pads andfluid all around. -TheClutch and Brake master cylinders are both brand new, as well as shortyadjustable levers, the rear brake master cylinder was completely rebuilt. Stainless steel front brake lines, and stainless steel clutch line were installed.-TheHeadlight is very High quality unit actually made by Harley Davidson, notmade in China.-The bikehas nice set of LED front turn signals, as well as rear  Ledtail/brake/turn signals. All LED signals are controlled by an electronicadjustable flasher. -Comeswith set of fully adjustable easily removable bar end mirrors. As you maysee in the pictures sometimes just prefer to have one mirror on, or both, ornone. -Theignition switch was moved to the right side of frame  -A verynice Aftermarket Oil Cooler was Installed and the associated fittings as wellas new set of black Stainless steel braided oil lines were installed. -Brand newSprockets and chain were installed.    Here is aparts list (probably missing some things) Newoil New oilfilterNew wheelbearingsNewsteering stem bearingsNew sparkplugsNew brakefluidThreebrake caliper rebuild kitsGSXR1000titanium headersCarbonFiber yoshi exhaust canGsxr1000adjustable rear shockCustommade tail pieceHand madeand upholstered seat padK&Npod filters with black PrefiltersForkrebuild kitNew forkFluidNew blackaluminum valve stems Black aluminum front fork adjustersNewprogrip SBK gripsNew Clipon handlebarsNew Throttle and throttle tubeNew brakeand clutch master cylindersNewshorty adjustable leversNewHeadlightNew frontand rear turn signals as well as brake lightNew oilcoolerNew Oillines and fittingsNewBatteryNew Chainand sprocketsetcetc...   Couplelast notes regarding bike:This bike is titled as 1992 GSXR 750 (if it were titled as an 1100 insurance would be higher for many people) this is good thing. If youwould like speedometer installed can install nice small aftermarketelectronic speedo for 100-250$ depending on which one you want. This bikeis insanely fast, it is currently geared to spread that speed out in longerintervals meaning the rear sprocket is smaller and front bigger. This meanslonger gears and higher top end speed (I would never suggest anyone ever gothat fast) It is still amazingly quick and no slouch. My thinking here was to make the power more controllable for the average rider if you are experienced and want to woop the modern litre bikes off the line new front and rear sprocket should be in your future (I can install for reasonable price) In some of thepictures you can see the tail light wiring harness kind of hanging down, thisis because it wasn't secured to the sub-frame like it is now (my mistake duringpictures) Somepeople may ask why basically the entire bike was rebuilt but the engine wasnot. This because the engine as stated had low miles and runs amazingly with no weird noises smoke leaks etc. rebuilt engine ismuch more likely to fail than low mileage factory built engine. It seems oncethose cases are split sometimes things just aren't the same so prefer toleave the nice factory engine alone in most circumstances. This engine has tons of good strong mileage left, will go above 50k easily. Again Imsure if forgot to mention things in this listing, if you have ANY questionsdon't hesitate to contact me.
