Carburetor floats got stuck, causing hyper lock kick back which took out starter bendix and clutch basket. Compression still checks out good so don't think there is any ring damage. Needs timing reset.
The GOOD: New Battery, New Starer, Rebult Carb, Clean Title
The Bad: Needs Timing reset and needs new Clutch basket and Pion Gear to get her started and going
