Yes assembly is required This will give you chance to personalize the bike as you put it together .All parts are brand new shocks oil and gas tanks 6" over springer rims and Harley Davidson embedded tires Corbin LePera solo seat swing arm headlight rear fender and all hardware axles nuts and bolts. Kick stand used Disc rotors brand new .Engine approx. 3400 miles Twin Cam engine comes complete with starter EFI Carb Transmission ,oil filter cooler and Sporty Type belt (not the wide one) Heads cleaned up for better breathing .Complete original wiring harness goes with it .I would guesstamate 2-4 weeks for total assembly by capable mechanic    Summer is not over and Fall is the best time to ride This could be put together before then .I might have brand new set of chrome straight pipes to go with it .
On Aug-27-19 at 07:51:31 PDT, seller added the following information:Although the Softail Frame will need minor modifications to fit the Twin Cam engine and the use of aftermarket brackets available online, the Roller and engine can be purchased separately .This combination of the Twin Cam engine and Evo Softail frame has been done extensively in the custom Harley culture which lends itself to be very unique and clean custom chop .
You may also consider to sell/trade the Twin Cam for the Evo engine but you will also need trans starter carb etc. for that Evo
