2005 Harley Davidson Police Special FLHTPI Like new. recent total rebuild. Condition is Used. Local pickup only.
Showroom clean One-of-a-Kind 2005 FLHTPI Police Special. Rebuilt top through bottom at 70,000 miles. Now has 75884 miles. Originally single seater.  It is easily convertible back to solo seater. Now has matching contoured passenger seat, matching contoured adjustable, fold down driver backrest. RIVCO infinitely adjustable folding passenger floorboards. No more complaints of leg cramps from your passenger.
Comes with folding adjustable height driver highway foot pegs for your riding comfort, in addition to your floorboards.
An  MXC piezoelectric siren is included (for fun only).
Added two position (extended and retracted) rear tourpack  luggage rack.Included is Touring Stabilizer from throttleupindustries.com.
Comes with matching cylindrical locks for the ignition/steering lock, fuel cap, both hard side bags and the tour pack. No more carrying around extra keys. will include six keys, in case you are in the habit of misplacing keys. will include box of the original non matching lock sets.
The tour pack comes with two stay up hinges for those windy days, instead of the original folding spring. For the tour pack. there are two ports. one is for 120 volt AC plug and the other is for USB, so that your passenger can charge their smart phone while surfing Facebook.
As the rider, you have access to plug for playing music on the speakers with your smart phone or your MP3 player. you also have ready access to the micro plug for charging your phone. You also have cigarette lighter for your convenience if you smoke, or as even another 12 volt access.
There is also powered Garmin GPS mount on the handle bars.
The hard side bags have LED accent lighting. See pictures.
This bike's history:  It was purchased and completely restored to match the patrol bikes for the Fairfax Virginia Sheriff's Department, its place of origin.   It does not, of course, have the law enforcement logos any more. The tour pack is actually converted Police Radio Box. 
It has heated hand grips controlled from potentiometer or knob on the left end of the handlebars. It can be set so warm that you can ride without gloves in cold weather. 
It comes with canvas removable  lowers that attach to the front crash bars. They are easily stored in the side bags or tour pack. They take up no room; about the same as pair of gloves.
You will also receive thumb drive with all photos from the beginning to the end of the restoration. It will include repair manual in PDF format. The thumb drive comes with six page  maintenance history file, It will include Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Maintenance Log.  The drive comes with all parts purchased  and any  work done by shop. will also include all of my hard copy manuals. 
The top end and lower end were completely redone (documentation is on the thumb drive). An S&S 510G  cam kit was installed for your power pleasure. Regulator replaced. Oil pump replaced. Cam plate replaced.  Fuel pump replaced, in addition to tires, brake pads, valve job, rear air shocks  along with easily accessible shrader valves.  The air ride solo seat has reserve air tank, along with pressure gauge and accessible shrader valve. 
It has five speed gearbox. You have plenty of power with this rebuilt motor.  It shifts so smoothly, you would swear you are riding Goldwing.  have "special sauce" additive for the gearbox. will include two one pint bottles with the sale. It only requires four ounces added with the gear box oil. So, you will have lifetime supply. And don't worry, the "special sauce" can be purchased online. By the way, run   15W50 Hydrotex Racing Oil. It can be purchased online. The rep who turned me on to this runs his oil for 20,000 miles (he works for Hydrotex) in his Harley. only go 10k.  The oil and the gearbox oil (with special sauce) were just changed, along with the oil filter of course. There are no leaks on this bike. Clean machine.
