I bought this bike few years back. It is police model bike.
These bikes came equipped with couple of extra features which really major it great touring bike. The engine is 1690 cc with an oil cooler to really keep the bike at the right temp. have never had any over heating issues. Another feature it has is an air ride seat. So under the tourpack is an air bladder which you can adjust to preference. Tour pack is also wired to charge cell phone too.  Saddle bag locks and ignition all match same key.  
For aesthetics added some lower faring and saddle bag guard inserts, chrome for classic look.    
It also came with wind shield which makes it perfect long term rider.
Because it was police bike needed to add few things. It was only set up for single up riding so had to add passenger pillon and passenger foot pegs. Then lowered the bike 1.5 inches all around, and for comfort added 16 inch apes.  Street legal in all states.  
Last year had new tires and brakes installed as well.
