In in very good condition. No issues and normal wear for under 1,000 miles. obtained this new from local dealer.  I have too many bikes and thought would enjoy it more.  Don't have time to ride. At this price it should sell very quickly. do have loan with my local credit union which is no big deal. Wisconsin is title holding state so your bank can call my credit union and do it all electronically so you don't have to wait to do anything. Most states in the country are title holding states if you have loan on it. It is clear title and not "salvage title" unlike several posted for sale on eBay.
