The Harley Davidson’s new 2016.5 Low Rider is by far the besthandling and spirited Harley introduced in many, many years.  It is equipped with the factory stockScreaming Eagle 110 inch motor with factory Heavy Breather air cleaner and 6speed transmission.  The excellenthandling is complements of Harley’s premium ride gas charged emulsion rear suspension and Showa 49mm premiumcartridge forks – big difference from the normal Harley suspension.  Added features are factory alarm system, ABSbrakes and cruise control that are usually costly options on most of the bigtwins.  Full warranty less the couplemonths that have owned it.
Cycle World has just announced the Low Rider as the 2016 Best Cruiser of the Year first for Harley in many years.  Here what they had to say:""It’s wholly appropriate that the cruiser class relies on lot of black magic to crush the riding experience out of the park. What really sets the Low Rider apart is that you never forget what you are riding, and it always brings smile to your face."" I added high end detachable Saddle Pro lockable leather bags ($800),relocated the slide license plate to the back  fender (Great Bike Gear, lot cleaner $175),rear foot pegs/bracket ($100), Custom Dynamics LWD front/rear running and turnsignals (best LED’s on the market ($175))(not headlight) and security siren (loud, not justflashing turn signals when activated $100), HD dark custom primary derby cover(~$100), double seat (from friend), detachable hardware kit ($100) and sissy bar($80) and pad ($80) Around $1500 of accessories. One great thing with this bike the way it is set up is thatyou can go from solo rider to wife/girlfriend friendly bike in less than 5minutes by quickly putting on the double seat, bags, sissy bar and pad. I have only had this bike since early May and put around 1500miles, so it should be just broken in.  Ihad my dealer recently do the 1000 mile (~$400) service around month ago.  have really enjoyed this bike the shortperiod have owned it, but selling due to work uncertainty.   I am pricing it to sell.  Base MSRP is $16699 (now $17499 for 2017) with usually around adds up to $17700 (now $18500 for 2017)(freight $390 +dealer setup ~$1000) before taxes.  Considering theaccessories the value of the bike is up to $19200+.  will be starting bid at $15499 with noreserve, $2800+ savings for bike that is only less than six months old that hadjust had it’s initial 1000 mile service. I just purchased new TTS tuner ($425) for the bike, buthave not installed it (unopened).  Idefinitely recommend adding tuner, even on stock bike, since the governmentrequires Harley’s to run excessively lean. This is the best ECM programmer on the market, not piggy backsystem.  It is very easy to install andprogram.  Far better than Screaming Eagletuner.  plan to sell it separately, butif someone buys the bike, will let it go for an additional $200.
This is the last time will be listing this bike, if doesn't sell, will list another bike have.  There is the new 2017 Milwaukee Eight (4 value motor) only in the Touring models for 2017, but won't likely won't make it to the non-CVO Dyna line like the LR-S in year or two.  One thing is that the EPA has cracked down and fined on Harley in major way, HD is pulling all their Screaming Eagle tuners out of the HD shops, so in year or so, they might lock down the ability to custom tune the ECM unless the custom market can figure way around and not get EPA shut down. 
I have someone interested in the bike from last time posted it, trying to get their financing arranged, so auction could end early.
