  My wife and bought this bike brand new in April of 2016. We have fun taking it on tours and don't want to sell it but we need tractor. have impeccable maintenance records, all from Harley dealerships, as had them change all three fluids every 4,000 miles with full synthetic (recommended interval is 5,000). had dealership install 2-in-1 D&D Fat Cat exhaust (you gotta hear this!), high airflow intake with K&N filter, and tune it with Screaming Eagle Pro Race Tuner. also had dealership install heated handle grips, wired professionally to the accessory plug so they won't drain the battery when the ignition is off. installed wrap around highway pegs and driver's backrest so it is comfy cruising, as well as an extra long forward mount shifter peg for easy downshifting (rear heal shifter for quick and easy upshifts). The dealership also installed an EZ brake pedal that is used on police bikes, which brings the pedal lower so you can brake quickly and easily without removing your heal from the floorboard. also installed forward mount strobe lights on the engine guards for safety (They make cars see you and they are completely legal, even have police officers comment on their effectiveness, yet you can easily remove them as they just plug into the 12 volt cigarette plug). also hand wrapped the exhaust pipes with lava rock wrap, as it is more flexible than fiberglass and higher temp rating without the itchy splinters. The only thing wrong with this bike is few scratches on  the fuel tank that filled in with an enamel paint pen and clear coat to keep from rusting, and scuff marks on the tour pack and saddle bags from strapping down our gear on tours, otherwise it is in excellent condition.
   Of course, this bike has all of the features of an Ultra: Harley "Infotainment" GPS with four speaker stereo, Bluetooth compatibility, touchscreen, and joystick controlled by your thumbs without removing your hands from the grips, with front and rear audio plugs, cruise control, radiators and fans mounted in the leg fairings to cool the heads at idle, the works!!!
