Vehicle has been fitted with cylinder 3.3 litre Subaru SVX quad  cam engine. (57,000 kms.  on SVX  halfcut when imported)

It has been fully engineered Athol Mullins Engineering, Newcastle) and been fully NSW Blue Slipped and is ready to register .
No sense in registering as it may go interstate

New heavy duty clutch and flywheel fitted.

New Battery

New Factory wiring harness fitted

Cooling system fully flushed and coolant added

Tyres  are good spare also

Mags are available.

Small Car USA fittings throughout

Small Car Stainless extractors new muffler also

Thanks for your enquiry  Dave, As can be seen engine was mounted using the original VW crossbar utilizing the SVX engine mounts this necessitated lowering the engine height by 22mm so as fit floor

Photos show same and ground clearance. Note have been driving 2.2 Subaru with similar engine clearance for some 30 years without problems

HOWEVER shortened sump is supplied with vehicle if you wish to fit same. Small Car sell an aluminum version at approx $550.00 landed (Photo attached)

Notes

I have not detailed the VW and it will need good interior clean

If you wish rear seats they are cheaply available at any VW wreckers

In answer to couple of inquiries. am not interested in parting out the vehicle.

If you want replacement engine for your SVX  engined  VW's  that are getting little long in the tooth with 300+ ks, buy this one and 2.2 Subaru engine and swap them then you will have two

No reserve and again no don't want to part or trade If you wish to  so buy and do it yourself
