Up for sale is 1977 Porsche 911S Targa that has been converted to Slantnose convertible.
VIN NUMBER: 9117210212ENGINE NUMBER:6270476

This car is not an original slantnose. It was converted using METAL body panels. The body is very straight and does not have any rust. This car came out of factory as targa but the arch and back glass were removed to install convertible top. The paint has couple defects since it was done many years ago. Both side skirts have some paint peeling (see pictures), both front fenders have some defects too. The paint is 10 footer. 
The floors are all original and has no rust. The nose panel is very straight, both inner front fender as well (basically there is NO signs of collision). 
The 2.7L engine turns very well. It starts right up every time. However, once warmed up, the engine runs too rich and has bad idle. It will need tune up to run correctly. It does leak about tablespoon every week which is quite normal for an old 911. The transmission works good and the clutch grabs well. Axles and all that stuff seems to work well there are no weird sounds while driving. 
Suspension is very low at the back and might need to be raised up. All four tires have plenty of thread left but they are old tires. The brake system works. The pads and disc are in good condition however the brake pedal might need some adjustment because it has lot of travel before actually getting the car to brake (brake oil level is okay). 
The pop up headlights are not working. Headlight motors are removed at the moment and needs to be verified. We have set of original regular 930 fenders we can sell with the car for an extra 1500$ if you want to give the car 930LE look. 
The soft top on it is recent, however the electric top currently does not work. The motor works for the top itself does work but the small motors that unlock the front clips does not work. We believe it's the microswitch that is broken but we did not investigate. 
The interior looks good but would need some attention to be perfect. Both seats cover were replaced. The leather trims on the door cards could use to be re-dye since they started to fade bit. The dash has no crack. All the gauges works. switch has been added to activate the fuel pump. Aftermarket radio.
The original spare is included. Some wires were added on the car (all protected by fuse). 

This car is sold has running driving project. Even tho the car runs and drive, we recommend to get the car checked by mechanic before driving it. There is no warranty.
