Ford Sportka 1.6 2005 (05) 62,000 miles MOT 28/10/18 SilverWe've owned this car for years we bought it as spare car to use if my wife's Vito was off the road or we needed to park in multi-storey car park. When we bought it the mileage was 57,000 miles and we've done 5,000 miles in this time. But we've now got an estate as spare car that'll fit the family so its time for the Ka to go.This year we've replaced the following Alternator, alternator housing, thermostat and housing, coil pack, plug leads, fuel injector, drivers front coil spring and passenger front bottom suspension arm.It was MOT'D until January next year but decided to put 12 months MOT before we sell it. It failed on emissions, replacing oxygen sensor cured this and it passed. It starts and runs fine, two keys, the interior is very good, the bodywork has some rust marks listed below.SpecificationPower steering, drivers airbag, central locking, alloy wheels, CD player, air conditioning, hatch spoilerNot so good bits:The nearside rear wing has been repainted in the past,the match is shade out and there is some rust bubbling coming around the petrol filler cap and rear wiper mounting. The sills have some surface rust and there is couple of rust marks on rear wing.Engine Management light is on, its code P0031 which relates to the oxygen sensor. This was on before the oxygen sensor was changed and still is so assume wiring/wiring connector issue but doesn't affect the way it drives..Air con does not work, never has while we've had it and I've never looked into sorting it.
It's priced cheap as its tax expired end of October and its now at my works unit and really need the space back. On the whole it's a decent car but obviously is 12 year old Ka so not new car. I've tried to be as accurate as possible but feel free to come and see it to make up your own mind.
