BMW R100RS Motosport, 1978, ONE previous owner from new, Supplied by Slocombe's, This bike is number 123 of 150 and has the letter from BMW confirming this plus two metal plates with the number engraved. have the original bill or sale, there is lot of MOT's but the bike was off road and garaged from 1993 to about 2005. the previous owner had the engine worked on by Scriminger Engineering, it had re-bore, new valves and guides plus unleaded valve seats, lots of other work was done on the bike at the same time, total bills for this was over £2200 and all the work was completed in 2007

The bike is in excellent condition as can been seen in the photos, There is lot of receipts and history with the bike, have shown just some of it in the photo, there is loads more in the folder. have had lots of Airheads over the years and this one is easily the best runner, its pretty swift too!

The Speedo is showing 59696 miles, this is not the original speedo, it was changed for secondhand one with near (ish) mileage, that actual mileage is about 72,000 miles, there is bill for the speedo somewhere in the folder though cant find it at the moment

I acquired the bike about years ago with the intention of keeping her for very long time, unfortunately cannot ride her for more than about 40 miles due to long term back injury which means the angle of the forward lean causes me problem, as result have decided to sell it and look for R100GS/PD ideally in similar condition and value, if you have one would be interested in swap or Part/ex.
