Put your superbike away for the winter and use this machine instead.
To get it through the MOT in July 16 fitted new Front Tyre Michelin Power Pure) new wheel Bearings, new Front Disc and Caliper with new Pads, so the front is fully sorted. The Rear Tyre Michelin City Grip) is still good for few thousand miles. It also had new pads in the Parking Brake and new disc.
The heated grips work well. also fitted heated seats pads to the seat, these are individually controlled. This is fantastic addition on those longer journey's on cool days, keeps your bum nice and warm.
The bike has huge underseat storage, able to take two full face crash helmets, with the addition of topbox (not included) makes this scooter real pack horse, ideal for longer journey's or touring. can carry almost weeks shopping on the bike, very convenient.
I am selling this scooter as find it is not my cup of tea, just cannot get on with the feet forward riding position, it's an acquired taste in my opinion. have owned small scooters and thought large scooter might just be the ticket, but no, not for me.
The scooter has scratches and marks all over, it is not looker but is extremely functional.
The fairing is large enough to keep most of any adverse weather off you.
12 Volt outlet in left lockable pocket on the fairing, which is quite deep. Right hand pocket closed with an overcentre clip, suitable for small items.
The scooter also has an oil leak, whilst not serious feel should mention it, place drip tray underneath when parked on my drive as don't want oil drips everywhere. would not hesitate to ride this scooter to the south of France if so required, that is how sure am of this scooter.
Recently competed  a couple of round trips to our house in France with the wife on the back, she loved it, don't. have large sports tourer, more emphasis on the sport than tour, the wife finds that too fast, but love it so will keep that instead, after all, the wife has only been on the back of the Silverwing twice in 18 months.
Regularly serviced by myself, but always recommend the new owner have the bike serviced for their own peace of mind. After all, you don't know what sort of mechanic am.
I have some service history from the previous owner(s) plus many of the previous MOT certificates.
Never let me down in the 18 months of my ownership.
I know it will not sell for BIG money, but these scooters are very practical, ideal for the longer commute, carrying lots of items under the seat, and with large topbox, the world is your oyster.
