These Nevadas are lovely bike to ride and attract lot of attention being such good looking, beautiful Italian styled bike. The red black and gold with chrome metalwork, comfy stepped seat and touring bars set it in front of the Japanese bikes of similar genre, and am Honda man since 1970!
In 2015, enjoying this relaxed machine, had it MOT'd in July (passed no problem), and just month later parked/stored it in my garage and SORN' ed it. It has sat there ever since, with all the others. The battery has been kept on an optimate and the bike started and warmed up regularly, running it through the gears etc.
It comes with the V5, Owners handbook, stamped Service log book/manual, lots of history and paperwork with receipts and brochures etc.
This is the 3rd of my collection to be sold (7 to go), simply can't either ride or spend the time required to keep these luxury things have collected over the years.
The photos were taken today after cleaning the bike for just half an hour on side. It really needs proper clean and polish. It started first time as usual but the tickover when warm rose to 3000rpm and needed blip on the throttle to settle it to under 1000rpm before doing the same again. This needs attention obviously.You will notice that there are brackets for screen (the one removed to put cover on the bike when stored and subsequently broke by stepping on it !! but still have as template if you want screen or simply remove the brackets. )
After years off the road, suggest the usual servicing and recommissioning before taking to MOT.
Its lovely bike for someone willing to resurrect it.
