Selling my Suzuki GSXR750 engined GSX600F project. Proper street sleeper! The engine is rebuilt 1991 Suzuki GSXR750L 749cc long stroke, last of the slingshots quoted at 116BHP. I've rebuilt it and it has skimmed head, honed barrels, replacement pistons and rings and new gaskets and valve stem seals, zero miles since rebuild. Has fresh oil and plugs along with air and oil filter.

The frame, swinging arm and forks have been repainted and I've rebuilt the forks with new seals, fresh fluid and dust covers. All the chassis bearings have been replaced with new ones i.e. swinging arm, head bearings and shock linkage, I've also replaced the rear wheel bearings. Very good clean replacement Showa adjustable rear shocker, much better than the stock one. Brand new clutch cable,battery, solenoid, excellent clean 750 loom fitted and set of mint 36mm CV flatslide carbs and good GSX750F airbox. The exhaust is rare Nikko Strada pipe with stainless headers repainted in VHT black paint and stainless collector. It will need link pipe and an end can to finish.

New sprockets front and rear are fitted and have brand new chain to go with the bike. New pattern mirrors are also fitted and new neat rear number plate hanger. New unpainted solo seat cowl and recovered seat and recovered pillion pad. To finish this bike will need both wheels repainting and pair of tyres although the rear is still legal so you could get away with just front. There is broken disc mounting bolt in the front wheel that will need removing but do have pair of brake discs and set of calipers and braided lines already to be fitted. The calipers will need rebuilding and have set of new seals ready to do this. The solo seat cowl and the front mudguard would also benefit from respray. There's couple of backing light bulbs that need replacing as well and it will need indicators, have the originals but they are not brilliant but useable. will also include the original removed running 600F motor.

I think I've covered everything, to confirm this bike starts and runs but will need finishing and setting up. As such it will need to be collected with van or trailer. I'm selling as my heart isn't really in it anymore and would rather have an early air cooled GSX750ES or GSX550ES or similar? Project or runner and would consider swap or PX? I've been working on this bike for well over year and have lots and lots of pictures and videos of it running. If you need any more information or have any further questions please ask.
