For sale is my Gixer K5 Track/road bike, I built her up last winter and is in fantastic condition enjoying only 2 rounds at Snetterton last year, and what machine she is. made the right choice on this bike as she has all the power you need mixed with excellent corner handling.
During the build decided to keep it road worthy too, It comes with the V5 and service booklet/old MOT's ect. the last recorded service was 7582 miles, however did my own oil service after my last Snetts day last year. She is currently out of MOT letting it lapse in July 16, this is due to the adjustable aftermarket rear sets having no slot to hook the brake light switch up to, you will need to fit banjo brake switch if you want her road worthy. Other than that she is good to go, have the licence plate and tail tidy along with mirrors ready to go back on if needs be.
She benefits from the following;
Digital gear indicator (unless your good at counting recommend these on track bikes.-1 tooth front and +2 tooth rear sprockets with gold AFAM chain, giving better acceleration.HM PLUS quickshifter, fully adjustable for push pull, toe pressure and cut out time, currently set on push down.Adjustable rear sets, i'm 6" and this is small compact machine but with the addition of these she's very comfy.Track side suspension set up by 100% suspension, amazing performance.Front and rear HELL braided brake lines in blue.Pipe Worx Carbon fibre race can, passes noise testing fine without baffle but still have it in.Fairing flush front indicators, integrated rear light with indicators, front headlight cover, rear seat hump, GSXR grips.POINTS TO NOTE
There are no bad points as she is in great condition. My only criticism is the paint work is no Picasso, She started life as yellow black model, its not pristine if being brutally honest but not show stopper either.
