Here we have great (if not little rough around the edges) example of Yamaha's classic super sport heritage bike.The FZR1000 is highly sought after motorcycle for many collectors and classic racers alike.The bike has very high mileage but ran very well last year before storing the bike away whilst it was not being used.Bad bits:The bike turns over but unfortunately will not start as the battery is completely dead.The bike could potentially be seen running however have not got vehicle powerful enough to jump start it as only ride motorcycles.I am currently charging another battery so it can be seen running with any luck in all her glory.
The bike is old and requires someone with some time to bring her back to her former condition. The front brake is also binding slightly and could do with some attention.There's some surface rust and the paint work isn't the best but it has good tires and good chain and sprocket set that has hardly been ran in!This bike is highly collectable amongst the classic race scene and when restored will be worth it's weight, or alternatively could be run into the ground as winter hack or even as cheap summer blaster.
