The original 1994 machine was stripped to the bare frame, excess lugs removed and frame resprayed. The bike was then rebuilt using top quality parts.Alloy petrol tank. Alloy front and rear fenders. adjustable alloy clip on handle bars. Amal type throttle. Retro speedo and rev counter. custom polished top yoke. replica Tomaselli Matador brake and clutch leavers. High performance Keihin CR Special carb and polished bellmouth. Custom headlight mounted on retro stalks. Mini brushed alloy indicators. retro tail light. custom cafe racer seat. Battery delete electrics. custom polished box section swinging arm. custom chrome front engine mounts. clear glass front rocker cover. duel oil feed to head conversion. K&N engine breather. New cables, brakes, chain sprockets. gaskets. oil filter. all new rubbers, fork seals. New switch gear. Bike assembled using stainless allen bolts. custom alloy oil filler cap. New clutch plates. Custom swept back header pipe and new shorty sports exhaust. twin leading shoe front brake. new shoes front and rear. The donor bike cost £2000, and not including labour, with all the parts used total cost came in at £6100. So at £4500 its bargin. (tank alone was £700)
Starts easily and sounds fantastic.It’s current MOT expires July 2019Taxed until 01 Sept (not transferable)Mileage since build approx 150 miles. Only used for one event last year Belfast Distinguished Gentleman Ride, it got plenty of attention on the day so if that’s your thing be prepared for plenty. 

SR400 is located in Northern Ireland, this is collection only sale so please factor this into you overall cost, that said will assist on my side. can put the buyer in touch with local company but the delivery cost will be the buyers responsibility.
